ACADEMIC ELIGIBILITY FORM

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Each school registering for a CILA sanctioned competition must complete an Academic Eligibility Form and submit it to the CILA Registry two (2) weeks prior to any event. This form certifies that the listed students meet CILA eligibility requirements. Ideally forms would be completed in MS Excel using the template linked below, and then submitted here electronically.
